For our clients, we source, identify, qualify, and represent top-performing technical professionals.
Responsible for complete recruitment life cycle including strategic candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection process, and offer development.
Headhunt, screen, and shortlist elite personnel in a proactive manner.
Establishes appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions.
Surfaces candidates and develops networks of people and processes to support an exceptional pipeline of qualified candidates.
Promotes the company image to candidates and external service providers.
May develop, support, and maintain college recruiting, affirmative action, and career development programs.
Be an active talent team member; share insights on organizational structure, recruitment strategy and work plans with management.

Requirements;

Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting. Experience in technical recruiting at various levels is preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Management.
Excellent English communication skills.
Self-driven, go getter, out-of-the-box thinker.
Good Knowledge in analytics (MS Excel).
Team player; able to work in an environment with high inter-dependencies between teams and cross-cultural colleagues.
Strong believer in continuous self-improvement, leading with empathy, compassion and teamwork.
Start-up experience or exposure in tech focused recruiting is preferred.
