Your role:
- Lead and manage the Business Solutions team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to align business objectives and deliver exceptional solutions.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Act as the Product Owner for key projects, defining, refining, prioritizing the product backlog based on feedback to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Actively participate in all aspects of the scrum process, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with the Scrum Master to ensure the team follows agile best practices and delivers high-quality solutions on time.
- Provide clear vision and direction to the development team and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct thorough business analysis to understand and document business processes, requirements, and objectives.
- Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in business processes and systems, proposing effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Ensure that solutions align with business goals and deliver measurable value.
- Conduct market analysis for e-commerce markets.
- Leverage your technical background to contribute to solution design, architecture, and problem-solving.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements, ensuring our solutions are innovative and competitive.
- Collaborate with the data engineering team to integrate data-driven insights into our e-commerce solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring our solutions deliver value.
- Act as a point of escalation for client issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services and solutions to existing clients.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s strategic roadmap, aligning business solutions with overall company objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive initiatives to expand our market presence and increase revenue.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on project status, team performance, and strategic initiatives.
Required experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business analysis, product management, solutions management or a similar role within the e-commerce or technology industry.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial position, overseeing cross-functional teams and projects.
- Experience working with international clients.
- In-depth understanding of product management principles, including backlog prioritization, user story creation, and acceptance criteria definition.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience participating in all aspects of the scrum process.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, data engineering, and integration of data-driven insights.
- Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills (both written and verbal) to collaborate effectively with engineering, UI/UX, and business teams.
- Staying current with industry trends and advancements to ensure innovative and competitive solutions.
- Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
- Experience in identifying new business opportunities and driving initiatives to expand market presence.
- Ability to simplify and creatively solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions, in response to challenges both in and out of your control.
- Curious and analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.

- MBA (with a focus on IT or Business Analytics)/Master’s in Information Systems/ Master’s in Computer Science.
- Business analysis certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)/ Project Management Institute – Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)/ IIBA Agile Analysis Certification (IIBA-AAC).
- Project Management Professional (PMP)/ Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Being well networked with the BA/Product Owner communities within international markets.
- Familiarity with Data Analysis and Business Analysis tools like like Power BI, Tableau, SQL etc.
- Data Analytics certifications such as Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate.
