Job Description
The Role:
Should be able to visit clients and understand the business process and preparation of system
requirement specifications and related documentation in order to deliver expected system
solutions.
Ability to provide system modifications such as reports and personalization and drive
functional improvements and identify areas for process development.
Understand and carry out detailed documentation and solution reviews of financial and nonfinancial modules as assigned by the management.
Coordinate with internal IT staff and deliver solutions for internal customers.
The Profile:
Partially qualified ICASL/CIMA/ACCA or a graduate of a recognized university in
Management/IT
Prior experience with 1-2 years will be a definite advantage in implementations/ working with
Microsoft NAV, Microsoft Business Central, Microsoft AX ERPs, or any other integrated ERP
solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with customers.
Personal attributes required include an analytical and adaptable thought process, attention
to detail, outcome-focused, self-learner, and a team player.
Willingness to learn functionalities of the system and get through Oracle certifications
