Job Description

Duties And Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage end-to-end Data Center operations, ensuring high availability, efficiency, and service quality.
• Develop and implement strategies for data center infrastructure, capacity planning, and disaster recovery.
• Drive business growth by supporting pre-sales activities, including solution presentations, technical proposals, and client consultations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs, design tailored data center solutions, and support business development initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technical professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Build strong relationships with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to enhance service offerings.
• Optimize operational costs and improve infrastructure efficiency through continuous process improvements.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in data center management, virtualization, and infrastructure technologies.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in Data Center Infrastructure, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in data center operations, virtualization technologies, and infrastructure management.
• Experience in pre-sales support, including technical solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing, mentoring, and developing technical teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing abilities.
• Strong strategic thinking and project management skills with a focus on operational excellence.
• Exposure to cloud solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) will be an added advantage.
